Poor Attitude and Service

I am disgusted in the manner I was just treated at Honda Tygerberg. I have always been buying parts there for my Motorcycle and now I went to go buy a part which was supp**** after having to wait a few days which I was fine with was the wrong part. I then went back to the salesman who told me its my own fault and that he was not going to swap the part out for the correct part which was cheaper than the one he supp**** me. Needless to say he went on as to say its not his fault it is mine as I am the customer and should know what I am buying which is difficult from the pictures they show you to get a clear indication as everything is jumbled up but as the salesman he was suppose to help the customer out but instead made me feel used and conned out of money for a part I dont need and now have to fork out extra money for the correct part. I have just lost all interest in Honda as a whole.
