Mekor Mazda Service Department will sink thier new sales

I recently had my Mazda at Mekor Tygerberg Valley where I originally purchased my CX3 brand new and had the best service experience of my life.

Recently I took it there for a noise from the brakes which I took the car back to Mazda to inspect a noise coming from the brakes. They told me that its not covered by the warrantee that I need to have the brakes skimmed and they proceeded to give me my car back, not getting somewhere there to do it while I was inconvenienced without a car for an entire day plus I had to go find someone to fix it.

Also what's the deal here, if you by discs they come with a 40000 km warrantee if bought and fitted by the Mazda dealer, my car, brand new barely 20000 km on the clock when I took it in from brand new and now it is seen as a ware an tare item and they just kick me to the curb.

I want Mazda's input on this as the sales experience was the best one ever and on the other end thier service is SHYT!
