I had e-mailed Grant at mekor ford yesterday morning the 13/01/2016. the same day he phoned me and I told him the problem I had. which was that I suspected that my oil was not changed on my last service as my car ran very low on oil and could not find how or why. also I suspected that my spark plugs weren't replaced.<br> my car was booked in the next day been 14/01/16. grant , mark and Craig all came to check the car. they were happy to point out that they say compared to a new spark plug that the ones on my car are not old. I am no expert so I have to take there word for it. it would be good to see a pair of plugs that has done 90000km and then compare with mine. the lack of oil in my car still leaves a blank. they say that they inspect every car before leaving the work shop. there are no leaks and no sign as to were all the oil from my car went to. to refresh I developed a bearing knock after 5000km from service and discovered only 2L of oil left in my car. that is what caused the damage on my car and say if the car had left there workshop with low oil the noise on the car would have happened soon after service. I am still let with a question mark. grateful for there quick response
