Dicrimination and BULLING

On January 11th 2017 I was driving down Baden Powell when suddenly a Ford Ranger turned infront of me (Picanto) and bumped me. The guy who was driving then came out didn’t even care if I was hurt or not the first thing he said was ‘don’t worry my insurance will take care of this’ so obnoxious and full of himself.

We then went to the police satiation where he did an affidavit but kept on saying ‘my insurance will take care of this’

Almost 6 months down the line that is yet to happen I’m without a car I then took it upon myself to contact his insurance they **** and **** and eventually said they rejection the claim because the driver was turning left and I was not keeping a safe following distance whereas this is not on the POLICE REPORT because we were not travelling the same direction he suddenly turned infront of me claimed that his view was obstructed but turned anyway.

The insurance (REGENT) led me to believe that they were busy drafting an offer after they sent an assessor to assess the damage then on Wednesday 31st May 2017 I was called and told that I going to be sent an offer and an assessor’s report but neither was sent instead a rejection letter this after they wanted a payment of an excess fee from Ford and got it.

To my surprise after this accident he was not willing to deal with me and ended up appointing a black employee (Xolani) to deal with me because he’s just to good to talk to me after putting me in this situation. He’s also a coerced **** because he had informed that they had paid the excess fee to the insurance when they did not. When I contacted Gavin Osman to inform me that the insurance had rejected a claim sighting that he was turning left when there was no left turning he hung up on me after I’d called him 10 times with no answer because he could see my number.

This guy is a nob, bully and **********.

Ford has been it crystal clear that they are condoning this kinda behaviour because they said they do not want to get involved but to my knowledge if the employee get in accident with a company car[N1] the employer must take responsibility and then sort it out with an employee not in this case.
