Damage to my car after a service

My car went into Mekor Ford in Claremont for a service, I paid in full before I collected it and once I arrived at home realise damage to the back left of my car.<br> <br> I contacted the service advisor about this, and was told that he would get back to me,<br> <br> After not hearing from him for two days, I called back and again the same story<br> <br> Until eventually I demanded an answer, I was told that the surveillance cameras would be checked and that I would be notified with an answer, a full week later, I am still waiting<br> <br> I am so disgusted at this poor service! <br> <br> For a company that is looking for business, they are really doing a good job at chasing customers away and I certainly won't take my car there for it's next service, even though it is far more convenient for me to go there than another branch
