BAD SERVICE

<p>During 2013 we purchased 4 x Ford Rangers from Mekor Ford Claremont, and requested some extras to the vehicle. The left front wheel arch flares of all 4 vehicles had a mark which looked as if it was clamped to hard when they where fitted. We been complaining about this for the past 2 years and this year the principal dealer stated that he cannot except responsibility. The fitment of these extras was done by Ford's supplier of choice. </p> <p>The service level of Mekor Ford Claremont is below standards and client service needs a major upgrade.</p> <p> </p>
