After-sales service sucks!

I bought my EcoSport through Mekor Ford during May 2017 and the salesperson, Shaun, promised me a gift as well as a flash drive. My vehicle was delivered without the gift and flash drive. (The vehicle was going to be delivered on the Monday however, it only arrived on the Thursday). I followed the gift up with Shaun and he promised that he will sort it out for me and that I could actually go to the nearest Ford dealership in Boksburg (where the vehicle was delivered) and ask them for the gift. He will then reinburse them. I told him that I don't feel comfortable in doing this and he then said that he will "sort it out for me". After numerous emails to Mekor Ford in Claremont, the sales manager informed me today that Shaun does not work there anymore and he cannot be held liable for this gift. I feel that this is very lousy, as I was promised a gift and the fact that the salesperson does not work there anymore, has got NOTHING to do with me, the customer! But then again, I am now an ex-customer!!

I also queried the R4000 on my invoice for the "On the Road Charges". Shaun gave me a rough description of what this entails and when I requested a breakdown of these fees, the sales manager, Peter Kaber informed me that it is a standard once off amount and covers R300 petrol, licensing fees, number plates, admin fees, etc. I feel that I, the customer, can request a breakdown of this R4000 as it is me who is paying this exorbitant amount.

I am totally disgusted with the service I received from Mekor Ford and would DEFINITELY not recommend them to any of my family and friends.
