Warning DO NOT PURCHASE A Suzuki Celerio 1.0 GL AMT 2022 model car as they are fitted with Yokohama 175/62R15 81H tyres that you cannot get in the SA Market and Suzuki will expect you to fork out for 4 new tyres

I purchased my Suzuki Celerio 1.0 GL AMT 2022 model which has not even been on the market for a year. My Suzuki Celerio 1.0 GL AMT 2022 model car that was fitted with Yokohama 175/62R15 81H tyres on the date I purchased my car which was purchased on 24 March 2022. The Suzuki Celerio 1.0 GL AMT 2022 model was only launched mid to end February 2022. My tyre popped on 10 January 2022, and to my shock these tyre sizes are not even on the market in SA. Yokohama 175/62R15 81H and several other dealerships advised that these tyres are not even imported into SA and that I should get 4 new tyres of a bigger size which is more easily available in SA. I made contact with the dealership that I purchased my car from and they have tried to source a tyre and received the same information. So I made contact with Suzuki SA where by their customer care showed little to no empathy and refuse to take accountability for the lack of due diligence done when importing the vehicle into South Africa. I cannot afford to replace 4 tyres and I have requested that they do this as this is their issue as someone within Suzuki did not do their due diligence. I also requested for my wheel alignment to be done and a service to ensure that the car is safe to drive but they refuse to take accountability. I have waited almost 3 months for them to assist me and provide answers as to how they can import cars into a country that does not stock the tyres and one cannot drive on a biscuit tyre for long periods and its been almost 3 months since the tyre popped. When I purchased my car I received a complementary tyre cover/insurance but I cannot even use that as their is no tyres of this size 175/62R15 81H within South Africa. Surely these Suzuki Celerio 1.0 GL AMT 2022 model car that were fitted with Yokohama 175/62R15 81H tyres should be recalled and replaced with new tyres that are available on the market. I cannot even drive my car that I am paying for because I am to scared to drive from Durbanville to Observatory daily with my car, I cannot even use my car to go away in which is far more comfortable than my husbands tiny Kia Picanto. What is the point of having a car that I cannot drive. Suzuki has been giving me the run around and I am sure it is because they are trying to get the tyre deal through so that they can sort the problem out so what must I pay for my car for months on end and not use it because they refuse to replace my tyres??? I cannot go on like this and need to use my car for the purpose it was purchased for, Suzuki needs to step up and admit they stuffed up and replace my tyres, have the wheel alignment tended to and a service as I have had to do some driving with my car which is not ideal but I don't have any other choice as I need my car. My biggest problem is that my car has just had its wheel alignment and service done on 20 December at my cost but as this is not fair for all the cost to be on me for 4 new tyres, wheel alignment and a services/safety check. P.S their customer care assistant gave me shocking and literally he challenged me to go to social media and the ombudsman. However the dealerships person has asked me kindly not to go public they are trying to sort something out but this has been almost 3 weeks later. I keep getting the reply they need time to process paper work and it takes time perhaps next week we will get an answer. Well I cannot wait any longer. I am going away on Friday 10 March and I really need my car to be sorted by then. What am I paying for to have my car sit at home and look pretty by collecting dust.
