*********/unprofessional/shameful conduct from Mekor Suzuki Tygervalley

On Monday, 5 August on my way to Suzuki Stellenbosch popped in at Cape Gate Mall and came across Suzuki car exhibition. After telling the lady at Suzuki display of my intention and promotion at Suzuki, Stellenbosch, Paarl and Strand, she told me to wait as she called the Tygervalley branch and spoke with a Tania who told her she would call her back to confirm if they could do the same deal which after a few minutes she did. The lady said I must go see Tania at Mekor Tygervalley who confirmed she would do the same deal as it is much nearer for me and no need to travel so far. I immediately went ti the branch spoke with Tania again explaining the promo deals at the other above branches. She got me to sign eNaTIS registration form and made copies of my ID and driving license. I asked her to email me a quote which promised to do after confirming with her manager about smash and grab throw in. This was before 10 the morning on the same day. 16:00 still no quite phoned Tania promised few minutes she will email quote, 17:00 still nothing phone Tania again, same promise. At 17:30 I phoned Tania again, this time she told me she was struggling with her computer to send the quote but she will try her gmail account. 17:50 still no quote, phoned again this time she promised to try again but will call me before leaving at 18:00. Needless to say no quote no call from Tania, I had to wait until the next morning. At 8:30 next morning called Tania on cell phone, no response, obviously she could see my number and ignored my call. I called the branch Tania not in yet, left message to call me back. Tania did nit call back by 09:30. I tried both her cell no response and branch at 10:00 she still was not in. I asked to speak with her manager, she was not in then Dealer Principal,he was nit in, can I have either's cell.....no. So I had to wait again. At 12miday phone Tania cell no response called branch spoke with sales executive who said he will pass on the message to Tania. I explained that I have tried leaving messages for her no response, I needed to speak with Dealer Principal. He said he would see what he could do. A few minutes later Leigh from the branch called me and said she would assist me after explaining to her also being aware that I was with Tania the day before also having knowledge of the promo at Thorp Tableview. Leigh indeed and within a few minutes emailed me a quote albeit not at the promo price as promised by Tania but normal price increased price effective 01 August. She called me sokn after receiving the email to confirm whether I had received her email. I confirmed receipt but told her that it was not what Tania had promised and that it now makes sense why Tania had so many excuses, ****, did not answer my calls or return my calls. How unprofessional, ********* and shameful of Tania and the Tygerberg branch of Mekor Suzuki to conduct business this way. I eventually bought the Suzuki I wanted at the promo price and at a reputable Suzuki Dealership.
