Stay Away - Mekor Suzuki Kenilworth

Stay away from Suzuki, They do not honour warranty on repairs they have done on a previous botched repair on engine and Suzuki South Africa reject claims claiming car not maintained, when the vehicle is just over 80 000 km with a full service history and numerous repairs at Mekor Suzuki Kenilworth. Which is another concern, as what has Mekor Suzuki Kenilworth being doing to my car, as they have apparently regularly serviced my vehicle. The extended warranty by innovation on behalf of suzuki south africa is useless as they do not hold the dealership to account if the dealer refuses to repair a previous botched repair. Mekor Kenilworth's Brian Hoskins refuses to accept delivery of my vehicle via tow truck delivery after an agreement was made to do repair still under warranty, Suzuki South Africa instructs tow truck to take my car to their storage yard. I inform Suzuki SA I'm not happy about this and will not be liable for tow and storage fees, Suzuki SA says Mekor Suzuki Kenilworth is liable to pay, Now 4 weeks later, a Suzuki SA ignores my emails and calls, and wants me to cover tow truck costs, and handle situation with Mekor Kenilworth myself, they say they are done from their side and have nothing further to do.
