Bad service in sales and car finance

As a first-time car buyer and inquiring on some cars that I was interested in I send an inquiry on a car or two, I receive a callback and have a vague discussion with the sales gentleman. He is not thorough in asking the correct questions to me and the process of getting a car with car finance. Eventually, when he does, he mentions the finance female administrator will get back to me. In 24 hours no one gets back to me unless I ask for a follow-up by email. I am the one that must follow up mostly and when I at last speak to the female car finance person she sounds unfriendly and not helpful at all. She do not explain specifically the process as well like the salesperson and says she will get back to me, which she don't until I send an email being done with the pathetic service and ask to cancel my car finance application and that she confirms the cancellation by email- she dont. After a weekend I call her to ask about it and she just says "Oh yes it was cancelled thank you". So yes worst service, they obviously dont want business. No etiquette at all!
