Unprofessional behaviour and service

I enquired online regarding getting my vehicle serviced. I was then contacted by mekor mazda claremont service department on the 27th of December 2023 at 07:08. We had a conversation for approximately 8min confirming all my details. She then confirmed my booking for the 4th of January 2024 at 07:30am! To my surprise on my arrival I was told there is no service booking for me at all and they can only assist me the following Friday or Monday. Now my question is do these people think we don't have jobs which we are committed to? Do they think money just falls from the sky?? They are totally unprofessional and unapologetic! If I had read the comments I wouldn't have wasted my fuel, time and energy on this company. STAY AWAY
