Disgusting service and false advertising

Terrible!!!!!! Nothing like what was advertised. Double the price of what was advertised! Advertised as "spa, food, fitness". What a load of nonsense, the "gym" is a cycle machine and a few weights in a garage. The "business suite" is ****s quarters at the back of the house. Thank goodness we didn't stay because the "food" is served in the lounge with a few rickety tables with gold sequenced tablecloths. Amenities advertised were wifi and TV. No wifi and no TV in the room, and they were expecting me to pay double. The receptionist barely knew how to use her phone and didn't know what she was doing and how the handle the situation. AND, the crowing glory was they said there was no booking for us, when we had a booking confirmation number!!!!!! They should not be allowed to advertise their accommodation! DISGUSTING!!!!
