No merchandise received

I have order 6 weeks ago. I have received an email from Courier Guy a week ago saying my parcel will delivered, I havent received anything. I mailed Meisiekind again, she promised to look into the situation. I sent a follow up mail twice and still no answer. No attempt to refund me aswell. Poor customer service. I would not recommend them.
