Meisiekind terribly disappointed in this supplier and their service

I am extremely disappointed in the service i received from this online company. I waited almost 5 weeks for my order, of which there was almost no updates from the supplier, i had to reach out several times and eventually post direct on the facebook page to get a response from them each time. (i see now all my facebook posts have been deleted from their site too). Also after being accommodating each time as i am a patient person after being promised again delivery and not receiving the waybill i had to reach out yet again to ask for this. Of which again this took time. I don't mind waiting for items but to have to reach out each time and follow up especially after mentioning i had been ****med by another supplier. I then received the items of which some of them were definitely not as described or to be what i saw on the website. Again i reached out on messenger direct to the supplier and had no feedback i then posted on the facebook business page under the one item i was unhappy and immediately received a whatsapp message to my personal number that i need to refrain from posting on their page and threatened legal action...of what i am unsure of as on both occasions i posted as i did not post a negative review. the fact that this supplier has deleted all my comments as well as hides their REVIEW section from customers shows me that they are not honest enough to deal with clients when it comes to criticism. I believe that handling clients with respect even when they are unhappy shows you what type of business they are and person. I spent over R1700 an items from this supplier to then receive the service i did in the end was most disappointing. As consumers we have alot of trust and rely on communication and when this does not happen effectively to be treated like this is terrible. I never post bad reviews unless i feel i have and had been patient enough and this was one of those times where i felt that the items on their website and their service promised was not what they where promising clients.
