Meisiekind - do not support!!!!!

Extremely unsatisfied with this Company.

Placed and paid in full, a wholesale order to the amount of R16 422.80 on 26.10.2021. (Christmas stock for our shop - some items advertised by Meisiekind as "Under The Xmas Tree")

After many WhatsApps, emails and telephone calls with no reply or false info, we received 5 of 7 boxes late afternoon on the 17.12.2021. (8 weeks later)

Stock received unsellable!!! Horrible!!!!! Not as advertised on the site. We did not expect handmade products to be 100% identical, but surely the products should at least have all the components as advertised. Please contact me for pictures.

Meisiekind wasn't willing to accommodate us in any way. She wasn't willing to accept returns or to credit our account - not that I would ever want to do business with Meisiekind again!

We obtained legal advice on the 22.12.2021 the day we received box #6. Our attorneys gave Meisiekind until 31.12.2021 to reply. Up until today, 10.01.2021, once again they received no reply from Meisiekind.

Box #7 is still not delivered. (2 weeks after Christmas - 11 weeks after placing and paying order.)

We have been in business for the last 26 years and I have NEVER experienced anything like this.
