12 Frustrating Weeks of Waiting

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I ordered on 1 December 2021 and received my order on 24 February 2022, 12 WEEKS! After a month and a half of not receiving any communication from Meisiekind I emailed, phoned and even messaged them on Facebook (17 January 2022) - Charlotte, rep**** eventually to tell me that I had cancelled my order, which I had not, and had not received a refund if this was true. Lots of false information. After weeks of back and forth I finally was told my order was on its way, which it was not. No waybill was sent to me. Once I got the waybill a week later, the address was incorrect. I landed up having to contact the courier independently to sort this out. DO NOT order from Meisiekind unless you are prepared for weeks, even months of frustration. Worst customer service experience.
