Meisi Nkaiseng Inc. and Monica Place Three Rivers body corporate unfairness

August 2024 I paid the lawyers for transfer of late estate. Its March 2024,there is still no clearance from Municipality ,my rates and taxes aswell as levies are upbto date....but the body corporate has not settled their account,now it has stopped all processed for me. Im paying dues both on the lawyers and the body corporate....still.my matter is not resolved. This isbvery frustrating as i have small kids and need to secure their future in case anything happens to me.
