Unfair treatment from the store manager
On Saturday the 20th of September 2025 at around 08:15 in the morning I went to meiringspark Spar in Klerksdorp to buy the special on Willington tomato source and sweet Chilli that was R65. the special on the poster was saying buy both or with R65, I wanted to buy two sweet chilies instead of tomato and sweet chili. I requested the manager to assist so that I can get the two sweet chilies that I want but instead he told me that the problem emanates from their head office and if I have a problem, I must call them and not make the problem his. he further told me that I can report this matter wherever I like and see if he cares. I was told that the manager's name is Ryan as he was not wearing his name tag, he was very Rud towards me, and he lacks customer service skills.
