Bad Printer Toners do no Purchase

We purchased a printer toner from them and it was in it's sealed box on the shelf for just over three months then I put it in the printer and it printed about ten good pages then stopped working. When reporting this to Meimag they said they can only replace the toner in the first three months, It was in it's box for that time and its dry ink it does not dry up.
