Very very bad

This logistics company(Speedaf/Meili) is bad, they have terrible customer service. You call they dont answer, when they answer no help. They'll tell you they will call back, but they dont. I'm ****ed off because i paid customs already but no update on the tracking website. Its been days. You and Shein have to do something about our orders!
