Very bad service with Meili Logistics

I had a very bad service with this company, I don't know why Shein stopped working with Buffalo and decided to do business with them. My Parcel has been with them for two week now. Yesterday they sent me whatsApp and email that my parcel is out for delivery , waited the whole day only to receive a notification around 20:00 at night stating that delivery attempt fail. I did not receive a call from anyone to inform me that they're outside I must come receive my parcel NO!. Also which company delivers at night. I tried to call them no Answer they not responding to my emails or whatsApp . mind you the parcel was couriered from JHB to CT on the 6th of April and it arrived in CT on the 10th of April make it make sense it's not more than 48hrs to drive from JHB to CPT but with them it took way more than that. I would not be surprised if they lost my parcel and they want to pin everything on me because why are they delivering at night and when they do that they don't contact the owner of the parcel oh no they must stop playing games with us. This is our money.
