Unprofessional - Meili Logistics

They are absolutely unprofessional. My parcel got stuck at customs because Shein apparently gave the incorrect customs amount, I was told that I will have to pay a penalty, they requested screenshots and proof of payment. They don't respond to say that they have received your documents, they don't update you on what's happening, you call their numbers and it just rings. The person/people who responds to the WhatsApp messages is just rude. Called IMile for help, they said they can't assist. I still haven't received my parcel or email about the so called penalty amount, the least they can do is update the person instead of them doing all the callings etc. They are just unprofessional, never had this issue with Buffalo Logistics.
