Unhappy Meili logistic customer

Frustrating experience, I have since placed an order on shein on the 29th September 2024, on the 6th my order was held by customs(still is) to day it is the 19th and there's no communication, the email they provided doesn't reply, the whatsapp number keeps saying they'll give me feedback but nothing... I am not happy at all and this is making my experience with shein bad
