I paid customs over a week ago, yet my parcel is still nowhere to be found, and none of these companies have provided any meaningful updates despite multiple follow-ups.

This is completely unacceptable, especially since I need the order for a business conference in a different province in just two working days. Instead of addressing my concerns, all three companies have gone silent for days, leaving me in limbo without any clarity.
