Thanks Meili Logistics

I do not review companies but this time I felt like it is necessary. I ordered all my daughters birthday decorations on Shein and the parcel was not coming. I started to worry and contacted Meili. They gave me an email address for correspondence and I thought to myself "oh my soul, here we go" because if I need something sorted I want to talk to someone and not send emails that might not be rep**** on. This is my first time dealing with Meili Logistics and the service was surprising for me. They rep**** within minutes, and on the days I did not follow up they sent me feedback. My package was stuck at customs due to a product they said was not allowed in SA (still no idea what it was). I which I knew the person's name that helped me over the emails because my parcel was released, I was informed and my package was in time for my daughters birthday party. Living in SA and ordering on Shein is a bit stressful for me because you never know where to start looking if you do not receive your package but Meili made it really easy and I hope that Shein will continue using their services.
