No transparency on how handling fees are being calculated.

From other post here I also find their fees excessive and ask them for an ivoice to break down the cost as they are governed by SARS import tax rates. They provided me with tax invoice and notices they charged various excessive rates for handling fee. Which differs for every package drastically. As a consumer we have the right to transparency. I have requested they provide me with how calculations are done as consumers we cannot be charged blindly. This matter needs to be addressed to higher authority to be investigated as we as consumers have the right to transparency on how they base their fees.
