Meili Logistics = Shocking service

I ordered a parcel from Shein, as I have have done numerous times before.

I made my custom duty payment via Peach Payments on the online platform. The platform does not give you proof of payment, but my bank, Absa, and Peach Payments confirmed that the payment has been completed.

I have tried multiple times to contact Meili, who have continuously, almost on the hour, been sending me emails and whatsapps that my custom duty has not been paid.

This has been the most frustrating experience. Shocking service - Meili Logistics have expected me to sort out this issue - I have spent hours between Absa and Peach Payments to prove that my custom duty has been paid.

Meili clearly have no idea what they are doing!
