Meili logistics mishap noncommunicado

Same as everyone else complaining about this logistics company... I ordered from aliexpress and the payment links aren't working etc etc.. Aliexpress does not understand my messages... How can we fix this.. I tried paying by card and hope it doesn't come off my account. I also hope I either get reimbursed or refunded
