Meili Logistics ****

This logistics company want me to pay a penalty fee on my Shein order. My order was R1800 in which tax was already included. I was contacted that my package was spot checked and if I send all the correct documents that all will be well. All documents, proof of payments were sent. After almost two weeks after that I was emailed a penalty payment of my package that the amount is more than R1700. No explanation on why this happened nor when I email or phone I receive no response.
