Meili logistics costumer service is very poor and bad. They don't care about their clients.

Good morning 🌞. I place the order from Shein so they choose to send my parcel with Meili logistics. It's been 7 days now since they say my parcel are in Transit. I can't reach them regarding my order. I send them emails but they don't reply. I even called them but they don't pick up my calls. Can you please assist me with this situation. I payed everything I don't know why they fail to communicate with their clients.
