Meili Logistics Complaint

I placed an order on the 23rd of September on SHEIN then on the 28th my customs were stopped, I later received an email from Meili Logistics( Titan Aviation IFS Building, Freight Road OR Tambo International Airport, Kempton Park, 1619 stating that I should sign and provide an ID Copy for customs clearance, I did exactly that ! It has been 13 and still counting whilst I’ve been waiting for clearance. Basically all in total I’ve been waiting for my package for 18 consecutive daysss!!! At this point I’m even convinced that I got ****med!!!
