Meili Logistics and Speedaf is a ****: I paid their clearance fee, they sent me a notice to provide additional information within two days of the notice or the items would be marked as "abandoned".

I sent the required information within 24 hours. They ignored the email.

I followed up two weeks later. They responded by saying I didn't send the information within the stipulated time and then told me to request a refund from the seller.

Funny thing is, I asked them for proof if they submitted the information i sent them within 24 hours to the custom office on time. The haven't responded.

They get away with the clearance fee without consequence, I lose out on the clearance fee, and the amount paid for the product and shipping. Multiple orders have ended like this now.

Pretty sure from reading the other reviews that Meili makes its money from not fulfilling clearance orders. Customers are forced to pay Meili through Aliexpress' shipping partnership programme and then get ****med in the process.

Advice: 1) Review every case with Meili and post it onto HelloPeter and Google Reviews. 2) Report Meili to the National Consumer Commission and Aliexpress.
