Meili Logistics and Speedaf are not User-Friendly, and Took Money From My Bank Account

There were complications regarding payment for customs on an order. I paid twice on one day, then once again on the next, where I then ended up paying a fourth time before the payment was 'verified'. There is a significant amount now missing from my bank account, and am unhappy due to how the link provided was not user-friendly. I would like a refund if possible to compensate for the money taken from my account.
