Meili Logistics **** and owes me a refund

I ordered a parcel on shein 29 July 2024 for R1555. Meili Logistics sent me an email stating that the customs amount is between R2000 to R3000. They also wanted a bank statement from me to prove I paid the order, I refused to send them my bank statement. I responded to the email and told them that this cannot be true, since the order only costs R1555. They insisted it is between R2000 to R3000, they could not even give me a definite amount. I requested that they cancel my order and refund me. They agreed to cancel the order and refund me, and on email stated it would take a month. It is several months later and I have still not been refunded. I follow up monthly with them but no response.
