This company is hijacking overseas parcels to South Africa ordered via free standard shipping->normal post office shipping. They are charging VAT and 45% Import duties that is not required on electronics goods below R500. If you dont pay they send your.parcel back. There is no channel to dispute this. Their biased chatbot do not give any options to dispute their fees.
