Meili logistics

One of my parcels from AliExpress ended up using Meili Logistics as the transport company. I received an email this morning to pay customs with a link in it. Proceeded to click on the link and completed required payment information and once I hit the submit button the screen came back with NOT PAID. I tried the link several times and kept getting server error message. After an hour I tried the link and this time the screen shows CANCELLED BY USER. I have tried contacting them but the Telephone. +***0 keeps going to voice mail. The web address https://meili.co.za/ has security issues "Attackers might be trying to ***** your information from meili.co.za (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).his server could not prove that it is meili.co.za; its security certificate expired 14 days ago."

Please is there a contact number to Meili Logistics that gets answered by a person
