Meili Logistics

I ordered from SHEIN, the payment request came from Meili logistics to pay duty and customs charges so I paid . This was a business purchase so I requested an invoice for the duty and customs tax. They have not answered my emails or watsapp requests since Nov last year. This is not acceptable. How do they get away with this ?
