I am beyond disappointed

To say i am disappointed is an understatement. I wouldn't even give Speedaf/Meili 1 star. I am expecting a parcel from Shein and it arrived in Jhb on the 29th. I contacted Meili and they refereed me to Speedaf after trying to get hold of them all day. I called this number +***5 and spoke to a woman called Czenobia who was extremely rude. She was shouting at me and said its because I'm stubborn when i asked for a specific date for delivery. When the order was initially made i requested for it to be delivered to Durban but then because its urgent, i changed the address after placing an order to JHB believing it wont take as long but the ETA from Shein didn't change. I asked the lady if i can just collect as do not mind and she said its not possible. The delivery address is JHB South and status says: arrived on site; G.S.G JHB. This lady spoke to me like I'm a child and hung up thereafter. I desperately need the package by tomorrow morning as it need to go to MP same day. Otherwise it would have all been in vain :(
