Disorganized

They don't answer their phones, I was told they have 14 days of processing clearance, and I paid on 10th day. Guess what, I only received 1 package instead of 2 packages. I called, no answer. when they decided to contact me they said my package is abandoned because I did not submit what was required. How did I receive my 1 package if I failed to do those?
