Disgusted and ******!!

What an absolute disaster! Paid custom chares(incredibly high), provided ALL proofs of payments and products bought from Ali Express! Parcel arrived in JHB, 10 days ago! Can't phone them, no answer and mailbox is full! They don't reply to their whatsapp facility provided. They don't reply or answer any emails!! How can this be Legal? How do I get my goods from them without any communication. Clearly yet another *******ed and compromised SA company, dealing and *****ing our goods for own Enrichment!!! I can't handle this country and it's *******ion & lawlessness anymore!! It's driving me crazy!!
