Concerns with Customs payment and Tracking order

I am extremely frustrated and disappointment with the service I have received from Meili Logistics. Recently, I received an email notification stating that I needed to pay customs for my order. However, upon attempting to make the payment through the provided link, I encountered persistent errors.

Furthermore, after repeated attempts, the payment option disappeared, and I was only presented with a "Close Window" option. I have since tried to contact Meili Logistics through their website, but unfortunately, I have been unable to successfully log a query.

Additionally, I have been unable to track my order on the website, as it incorrectly states that my tracking number is invalid. Despite reaching out to Meili Logistics via WhatsApp support and email (from my *** account), I have yet to receive a response.

I find this level of service to be unacceptable and hope that you will take immediate action to address these issues and provide a suitable resolution.
