*********** clowns trying to *****

These people are a bunch of clowns. They dont answer their phone. I tried calling 27 times during work hours and they just ignored my call and only got back to me about 24hrs later. They seem to run a **** where they tell you that your package got stopped by customs and they need to fine you because they miscalculated your taxes. It doesnt even make sense that they make the error and you need to pay for it. I have shopped with shein so many times but this company ruins it with their greed to make more money out of customers. Hopefullu shein finds a better provider I see all the reviews on here are bad, go figure
