Can't get hold of them to find out why tax is so high

I've been ordering from Temu, and Buffalo and Fastway have been delivering with exceptional service. This this it's Meili, and tax and import duty is R77 on a R110 package. It's rediculous!! They don't answer the phone, don't reply to whatapp messages or emails. Want to find out why the tax is so high, no luck!!! They are pathetic 😡
