Boycott AliExpress + Meili + iMile

I have been purchasing from AliExpress® for years now. Previously the SAPO was the weak link when purchasing from AliExpress®. (SAPO has improved enormously over the past two years, in my opinion.) Now Meili Logistics and iMile are intercepting these deliveries and charging ridiculous rates. The last item I ordered cost just over R100 + R200 shipping fee for which I felt was a bit high. The item is not available in SA so I had no choice but to pay. I have now just received a notification form Meili Logistics to pay R181 !!!!!! Had this package arrived via the SAPO it would have cost less than R40 in tax. As there is no easy means to follow up and request a breakdown and consistently higher fees are being charged, I have no choice but avoid future purchases from AliExpress®at all costs. So very disappointed in these Chinese cmpanies.
