case pending for too long

I have case with my previous employer regarding unpaid hours which according to my calculations is 130.72 hours that was unpaid last year 25 August 2023. I opened this case with miebc and provided proof that they ****** 130.72 hours but till today it feels like they are taking the employer words over my proof. i was told by meibc to go discuss with my previous employer (Fibre Wound) and to honest didn't understand why since they made choice without me not to pay me. I haven't had a site down with them at all over all this period.
