********** by Mohanos Athlone & Uber Eats

After using Uber Eats today, I ordered a couple pizzas from Mohanos Athlone. When the driver working for Uber delivery service arrived, He just left Me with the pizzas & left to do his next delivery. When I discovered that He had delivered the wrong order, I tried to get in contact with him via the Uber Eats app with no success of him returning My call as the app said that the driver will call Me back. I ordered a pizza of R144 & I received a pizza valued at R76. The driver's name was Audrick. So I eventually contacted Mohanos Athlone branch where I spoke to a Saeeda who politely told Me that it's the driver's fault & he should rectify it. (don't we just love the passing the buck routine) Anyhow, Saeeda then called Me back few mins later saying She would notify the driver to rectify it. It's been 10hours later since the incident & I've decently been ********** with what I call, "a cheap slap pizza". I mean, if it's My pizzas delivered,... I'd make sure My patrons get served what they paid for & or the delivery service doesn't ruin My reputation as the patron paid decent amount of money for his/her choice in My product. What great service. Uber Eats driver hasn't contacted Me back either, even after I left a complaint about a wrongly delivered order by their driver
