Poor service!

I bought 2 x pizzas from Mehanos Grassy Park last week Sunday. It costed me R255 for a margarita and a seafood pizza both large. When it arrived it looked so nice from the top but the bottom was thick with burnt flour! It tasted horrible. Like you eating a mouth full of hard flour. The base was also extremely hard like a biscuit. I have been buying from them for over 20 years and honestly am disgusted in this poor quality expensive pizza and terrible customer service. I messaged them on FB and was told the manager would be in contact with me. I have since been blocked from sending any more messages to them and the manager is still getting back to me. Extremely dissapointed!
