Pathetic service from Megna Garden Services

Want to charge me dubble for June to make up for lockdown. I paid for April and they didnt work. Now he want me to pay again for June. He owes me 1 month already. I maintained my garden during lockdown, but he says he must do double the work now at all his clients. But only me that has to pay double. I know this because fried of mine using same service.
