I bought a queen size bed from them in 2018.Last year October, 2019, bed began to give problems. Reported it to Springs branch, to Henrico and Tanya. Though matter took a bit of a while to resolve, but the people I dealt with were always prepared to listen and very re-assuring. Tanya, thank you very much for all your assistance.
